Next week, after months of planning, the new-look Spirit Show will open its doors to thousands of trade buyers and members of the public.
During the day exhibitors will have the opportunity to meet trade buyers from both the on- and off-trade. Over 3000 decision makers, with a combined buying power of over £400,000,000, have already registered from top London hotels, bars, restaurants as well as major nationwide multiple retailers, luxury department stores and online sellers. Registered companies include:
Four Seasons Hotel
Hilton Hotels Worldwide
St Pancras Renaissance Hotel
As day turns to night the show will welcome members of the public. This will give exhibitors an opportunity to sell direct from their stand, as visitors stock up their drinks cabinets and start their Christmas shopping.
The new look show has attracted over 130 brands, more than ever before. The line-up includes distributors such as Cellar Trends, Hi-Spirits, Quintessential Brands and Brown Forman. The show will also feature dozens of independent distillers. The full list can be viewed here: http://thespiritshow.co.uk/exhibiting/exhibitors-list/
There will be plenty to keep the visitors informed and entertained.
The Spirits Live Stage in partnership with Re’al Cocktail Ingredients, will be hosted by top bar tender and educator Dean Callan and will feature sessions from industry personalities including Georgi Radev of Laki Kane, London’s new tropical escape bar, and world-famous bartender Luca Cinalli, plus Imbibe Educator of the Year for 2018 Myles Cunliffe. Amongst others, visitors will also get the opportunity to hear from 2 exhibitors who have recently been through the Dragon’s Den experience on BBC2, Young in Spirit and NOVEL TEA
Over on the Tasting Stage, visitors will be able to do a selection of tutored tastings including a preview of WSET’s forthcoming Level 3 Award in Spirits, as well hear from the likes of Luxardo Brand Ambassador Gareth Franklin.
Finally Laki Kane will be bringing the fun with a tropical pop-up and showcasing their very finest cocktails.
