Summary of the programme
The Force for Good programme at Pernod Ricard UK is an important aspect of our sustainability and responsibility activity.
We offer employees up to three days of volunteering leave per year, allowing them to volunteer for any registered charity of their choice.
Employees also have the option to mentor a social entrepreneur or help solve a business challenge at one of our Troubleshooter events.
Who we are working with
Force for Good allows us to work with a range of inspirational social entrepreneurs, both through our mentoring programme and Troubleshooter events. We are also supporting several social enterprises on our corporate social media channels.
Troubleshooter events
Throughout the course of a year, we host three Troubleshooter events. This is where our employees take time to work with a social entrepreneur to resolve a problem that they are facing in their business.
Our first event last year, was a great success with 26 employees working with five social entrepreneurs to create comprehensive solutions to the problems they were presented with. A few of our employees even chose to stay in contact with the social entrepreneur they helped to keep track of their progress and offer further advice and support.
